In the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, long before the resort was built, this beach site was home to the island’s most popular restaurant, fittingly named The Sands. Today, we continue this proud tradition of fine food and beverages with our signature restaurant and oceanfront bar Four Marlins.
Four Marlins Oceanfront Dining is a contemporary expression of tropical fishing lodges from the 1930’s. We celebrate casual indulgence, fresh-caught fish, locally sourced ingredients, an impressive wine list and thoughtfully crafted cocktails.
Under the culinary expertise of our executive chef, whose passion and talent inspire excellence from the back of house to your bartenders and servers, Four Marlins is an award-winning player in Key West’s diverse and vibrant culinary scene.
Who says “You Can’t Have It All”? Not us. Here at Four Marlins, dining should be an experience. Our seafood forward menu features hearty entrees, including tempura fish & chips, blackened grouper, churrasco steak, lobster timbal, Oysters on the half shell (weekends), and our two most popular items, lobster mac ‘n cheese and Key Lime Pie. Explore our small plates selections with local shrimp ceviche, mango tuna tartare, and scallops or try some light bites like mahi fritters with smoked tomato aioli or assorted Spanish olives, perfectly priced and delicious.
